We have found that the most equitable way to charge grant-writing clients is by the hour. Some proposals take 1 hr and others take 40 hrs (think federal grants) so to us it doesn’t make sense to take a retainer up front or try to guess!

Our process begins with discovery - getting to know your organization and the work. We will create a grant dashboard that incorporates current funders and includes additional prospects we’ve identified. Together we can monitor this and determine what to go for and what to skip.

We will take the lead on the identified grants you wish to pursue and with your edits and feedback produce a final product for submission. It typically makes more sense for the organization to complete reports but we are happy to help with those too!
