We offer support in the form of facilitated peer support, training, and coaching for nonprofit executive directors and board members. Our ongoing monthly Leader’s Circle meeting is for executive directors, and the Board Leadership Accelerator is designed specifically for board leaders who seek clarity on their role as officers.

Leader’s Circle
The Colorado Leader’s Circle is a free monthly gathering designed for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs. Established in 2016, this group of 20 dedicated leaders comes together virtually each month to exchange resources, share insights, and provide mutual support in a trusted and collaborative environment.

Board Leadership Accelerator
The Board Leadership Accelerator offers a dynamic and supportive forum for board leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities, gain deeper insights into their vital roles, and enhance the overall impact of the boards they lead.
The Accelerator is a 3-week limited-term commitment, with additional follow-up and support.

Board Leadership Accelerator
The 2026 Fall Cohort starts October 7th
Our bi-annual board leadership accelerator brings board leaders together for an intense multi-week series of learning, connection, and growth. The Fall Cohort runs for three weeks on Wednesdays, October 7th, 14th, and 21st.

Objectives of this program include:
Peer Support: Engage in a confidential and collaborative environment with fellow board leaders to share challenges, brainstorm solutions, and build a strong peer network for ongoing support.
Focused Education: Each meeting spotlights a curated topic with concise, high-quality learning materials provided by TNSG. Discussions are facilitated to ensure practical takeaways.
Individualized Consultation: Every cohort member receives a one-hour personalized consultation with Amanda and/or Richard, tailored to their specific leadership development needs.
Valuable Resources: Participants gain access to templates and tools aligned with discussion themes, designed to enhance board operations and governance practices.
