We have designed this Grant Starter Package to lift the burden of grant writing off your shoulders and provide you with all the tools that you need to submit high-quality funding requests efficiently.
Grant writing is a daunting process for small nonprofit organizations, especially during the early years. It can be time-consuming and stressful, especially when human resources are scarce. You may already be thinking that outsourcing grant writing is a good idea. It is!
This is why we’ve put this Grant Starter Package together. It will set you up for success by equipping you with resources, a well-developed narrative, funding opportunities, and more.
We have raised millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations, and have extensive experience securing funding through corporations, foundations, and government sources. We are eager to share this experience with you so that you can gain the resources you need to pursue your organization's mission.
This Package Includes:
Discovery Meeting: An introductory meeting to learn about your funding needs, organization, and aspirations. [45 min]
Document Review: Thorough review of your organization’s mission, vision, values, goals, programs, and evaluation data (as available).
Funding Opportunities: Grant prospecting and research to identify ten strong funding opportunities, specific to your organization’s needs.
Grant Tracker: Creation of a grant-tracker spreadsheet with funder name, due dates, funding range, contact information, and funding focus.
Strategy Meeting: Review of identified funding opportunities and guidance for application strategy. [60 min]
Grant Narrative Development: Creation of narrative content that addresses frequently asked application questions, based on the Colorado Common Grant format.
Attachments: An attachment checklist, detailing organizational documents that are frequently required as part of the grant application package.
Final Review Meeting: Meeting to review prepared grant materials and grant tracker/guidance and planning for next steps. [60 min]
Investment
We anticipate that this process will take 60-90 days. Our contact at your organization should plan on dedicating 3-4 hours per month to this process.
