This Fall’s Board Leadership Accelerator is a 3-module virtual training series is designed for nonprofit board members, officers, and executive directors who want to sharpen their leadership and strengthen their boards.
In this interactive professional development experience, you’ll gain:
An in-depth look at board fiduciary responsibilities and practical strategies to integrate them into effective governance.
Insights and tools for cultivating an effective, high-trust partnership between the board and executive leadership.
A better understanding of nonprofit finances and fundraising.
A personalized action plan for increased engagement.

This fall’s Board Leadership Accelerator will offer board members (and staff) insight
Ideal for: New and experienced nonprofit board members, as well as staff interested in learning the fundamentals of board governance.
Objectives of this program include:
Peer Support: Engage in a confidential and collaborative environment with fellow board leaders to share challenges, brainstorm solutions, and build a strong peer network for ongoing support.
Focused Education: Each meeting spotlights a curated topic with concise, high-quality learning materials provided by TNSG. Discussions are facilitated to ensure practical takeaways.
Individualized Consultation: Every cohort member receives a one-hour personalized consultation with Amanda and/or Richard, tailored to their specific leadership development needs.
Valuable Resources: Participants gain access to templates and tools aligned with discussion themes, designed to enhance board operations and governance practices.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the training date will be eligible for a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the training date are non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at amanda@thenonprofitstrategygroup.com before the deadline. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
No-Shows
Registrants who do not attend the training and have not submitted a cancellation request prior to the training date will forfeit the full registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
